Honey, known as the "food of the gods" has a lot of benefits if you consume it in moderation. It would be impossible to add here all of its benefits known by human because honey has been used for thousands of years in medicine, but also as a good nutrition.

In the end, we probably consume honey from time to time anyway because some of us prefer to drink coffee with honey, maybe milk with honey and so on.
